We have an in house jeweler who works hard to return your jewelry to you in 7-10 days. While your valuables are with us they are kept in our vault and are fully insured. To receive an estimate for jewelry repair please bring in your piece and most often we can give an estimate while you are in our store. As a courtesy we are always happy to clean and check a jewelry piece for you while you wait. Below is a list of services we offer:

Remounting:
You will work closely with one of our staff to either choose from the many mountings we have available or to design your own mounting into which we will place your diamond or gemstones. The exciting process of creating a custom piece of jewelry begins by meeting with a designer. The designer will ask questions, and look at things you like to create a sketch of your new piece. Once the sketch has been created our manufacturer in Pittsburgh will create a wax mold that is an accurate preview of what the finished piece will look like. At this point you are still able to make revisions to the piece. Once you approve the wax mold the manufacturer will cast your piece in white & yellow gold or platinum. Each of our custom pieces is presented to you sparkling and ready to wear! Watch Repair:
Our Jeweler is also a trained watchmaker and we replace watch batteries, adjust watch clasps and replace watch bands. Most often these services can be done while you wait. Jewelry Resale:
