Where to start? A full service jeweler with the best in-store experience I have ever had. Recently bought two rings from them, sold some of my gold and silver jewelry and am having repairs made to a few of my sentimental pieces. A very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, authentically friendly, engaged and helpful staff, and trustworthy jeweler. I’ve had excellent service experiences with everyone there including owner Montica, and staff Jason, Leesa and Mary. I feel so happy after my visits and can’t wait till the next time I go back. Top notch customer service and shopping experience and a nice selection as well!!

I’ve never experienced a jewelry store quite like Confer’s. I’ve been having difficulty coming to terms with the loss of my husband after 50 years together. Confer’s is so customer-centric, that the staff/owners helped provide solace by preserving my love story in jewelry twice. First was a lovely bracelet displaying my husband’s pet name for me and crafted in his handwriting. The second, and very recent experience, was incredibly meaningful: Confer’s in-house jewelers made a pendant for me using my husband’s original wedding band, my original wedding band, and the diamond from my engagement ring. It’s magnificent – and our inscriptions are legible! Thank you, Monteca and Sue, for your compassion and patience; and, a special shout out to the jewelers that meticulously engineered this reflection of my love story. Oh, and Drinks by Tarik are magnificent; and, if you’re really, really lucky, there will be gorgeous, allergy friendly puppies on hand to make your smile a little bit bigger!

Lori was Spectacular to work with on our last two visits to Confer’s. She helped show my fiancé many options for her “future” engagement ring, and made it super easy for me when it came time to putting the entire package together. My fiancé absolutely loves her ring! Lori also assisted us finding the perfect wedding band to match a year later. I highly recommend Confer’s Jewelers. Thanks for making this a great experience, Lori.

First time in the new store… First of all the store was absolutely gorgeous and second of all I was greeted with a very happy face!!! Not only did I get what I came looking for, they also helped my nephew to pick out the perfect Christmas present for his mother. Highly recommend Confer’s Jewelers for spectacular customer service!!!

I have been going to Confers since I moved to PA in 2005. From the first time I walked into the store Monteca and her mom made me feel like a part of their family. I have never walked into a jewelry store that is so friendly and welcoming. I am treated the same even if I just come in to look at the beautiful jewelry or if I am buying a special piece. I have walked around the store just to look for an hour or more them knowing I’m not buying today but they take their time and show me the pieces I like ( love) and never pressure me. Monteca knows just the pieces I love and always gives me a fair price. The new store is so beautiful just like the people that work at Confers! As you can tell as long as I live in PA I will be a loyal and happy customer of Confers.

Mary and Daniel were both very knowledgeable as well as professional, would certainly recommend either of them for any questions that you have regarding the purchase of jewelry. Having known very little about this subject matter previously, I now know significantly more than I did merely by working with both of them. There is a confidence that is felt in the process that I otherwise would have known little about, which can be attributed to both of them.

The absolute best customer service. I love going into the store where I feel like everyone there is a friend. Everyone has incredible memories; I'm greeted by name! It doesn't matter if "I'm just looking" or whether I'm making a purchase, I'm always treated as though I'm spending a million dollars. I love the store and everyone who works there!

John and I could not have asked for a better experience than the one we had a Confers. Mary was beyond knowledgeable and could not have been any more accommodating when searching for a mount for my engagement diamond. She took the time to show me EVERYTHING until I found just the right one. They have such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and seemingly will go to the end of the earth to ensure your satisfaction. I'd like to thank Confers and especially Amanda for her help this Christmas. I was driving with my wife this summer when she commented on a diamond and sapphire ring we saw a Confers billboard. In November (I'm a husband, of course I procrastinated), I could not find it on the website, and emailed a question. Amanda promptly replied and helped me secure the ring for the perfect present. Except, I own my mistake, I got the wrong size. Amanda helped with that too, arranging an exchange, and I had the correct size within a week. I was very struck by how much they cared to help. Confers has beautiful jewelry and truly has amazing people. They will be the first place I look for future purchases and I highly recommend them.
